The Technical Support team comprises of experienced engineers and provide prompt online support to field technicians and engineers of channel partners and customers. Smart Life Technology Tech Support engineers can be contacted on phone, fax and email any time from Monday through Saturday.

Training

Smart Life Technology regularly conducts training programs where engineers and technicians of channel partners are thoroughly trained on installation, configuration, functioning and maintenance of all its products. They are updated about all the technical aspects of products so that they can extend prompt after-sale support to the end-users.
